Need a dose of reality? It's time for the October 16 edition of Reality Check.

On CBS' Amazing Race, we learned that having blonde American girls yell at pedicab drivers in third world countries doesn't help them learn English.  Apparently they're suffering from some Indonesia amnesia because it still hadn’t sunk in that Jakarta isn't a city in Indiana. Oh well, the race is over for Brittany & Caitlin.

On Parking Wars, where they rip slip, owner Hawk and brother James come across a motorist whose motor mouth is a potty mouth.

Finally we are breaking bad on Breaking Amish, the show about a group of young Amish who've gone from a little orchard to the Big Apple.  We used to think of those Amish as ivory girls, but in the last episode Kate was accused of having both a drinking problem and an eating disorder.

Concerned, the Mennonite men do an intervention and the apple fritters really hit the fan when Jeramiah confronts Kate about her police record and DUI.
