How to make an Amaretto-Cranberry kiss
Garrett Blackwood of Blue Label Bartending School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, created these Valentine's Day cocktails sure to please "him" and "her" for a romantic happy hour at home.

Amaretto-Cranberry Kiss:
Chilled 6 oz. cocktail glass
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto
2 oz. cranberry juice
splash of orange juice
Shake all ingredients in a a mixing tin half-full of ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Cherry Sling:
Collins glass with ice, and add the ingredients in the following order:
1/2 oz. grenadine
1 1/4 oz. gin of your choice
1 oz. sweet and sour
Then top with club soda, 1/2 oz. cherry brandy, and a cherry.
