TULSA, OK - Many moms strive for perfection, but more times than not they come up short.  

Mary Ann Zoellner co-authored a book called "Sh*tty Moms."  It's about real life parenting that takes place everyday.

There are thousands of books on how to be a better parent, but this is not one of them. In fact it's the opposite.  The book goes into the short comings most moms have but try to hide.  

Mary Ann Zoellner is a Tulsa native and producer for "The Today Show."  The book is referred to as the parenting guide for the rest of us.
