Boxing your way to good health
The thing to do in the month of January is join a gym. The thing to do in the month of February is stop going to the gym, but at Title Boxing Club it seems members can't get enough.
It is not your ordinary workout. Each class starts with a 15 minute warm-up, 30 minutes of punching heavy bag, and 15 minutes of abdominal work.
The workout is brutal in a good way. After just a few minutes of punching the bag, your hands get heavy and your arms feel like noodles.
Burning 1,000 calories in a workout isn't uncommon, but what can't be measured is the amount of stress you relieve. Hitting a bag over and over allows a person to take out some serious aggression.
