CINCINNATI - Still don't know the difference between a "hashtag" or @ symbol on social media? There's a place where you can learn the drill around town.
Krista Neher, offers online training and social media lunch sessions at her Boot Camp Digital office.
"What our goal is here is to really help people understand how to use best practices so they're not just on Facebook, but they're growing their business with Facebook," said Neher.
Rob McCracken says Neher has helped him with branding his own social media company 2060 Digital.
"She really takes it a step back to say you just don't want to do social media. You need to determine what your end goal is. What you're trying to accomplish," said McCracken.
Rebecca Strayer from American Modern Insurance attended the lunch session titled "Creating Killer Content: Breaking Through the Clutter in the Social Media Age."
"She has so much knowledge and wisdom about what the good things are about social media and how to really maximize what's out there and to help grow your own business," Strayer said.
Neher says the lunch sessions, which run an hour and a half, always sell out.
"The lunches are a good way for us to do good education content, but it's really quick," Neher explained.
Neher's classes cover topics from social media 101, internet marketing to more complex classes for corporations looking to grow their brand on Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
Bengals fans will have a chance to meet the choreographer of the famous Ickey Shuffle.
We wanted to know how formal Bengal player Ickey Woods came up with the moves for the Ickey Shuffle.
"I was playing music and we were up and I was acting silly. I was like mom if I score tomorrow this is what I'm going to do and she was like boy you better not do that. And I was like I got to mom," said Woods.
Woods said he fine-tuned his moves over the next week before unveiling them at the next game.
Woods will take part in a meet and greet event at two Cincinnati Kroger stores as part of Black History Month celebrations.
"They're asking me to do the Ickey shuffle. We're taking pictures. They have information about Black History month,"said Woods.
Woods will be at the Spring Grove Kenard Avenue Kroger between 3 and 4 p.m. and the Newport Marketplace location between 5 and 6 p.m. Thursday, February 21.
