All those bursting orchards make us think about apple strudel... but what do you do if you don't like baking?

At http://www.thefndc.com you can learn how to  combine apple juice, vanilla vodka, fresh limes, and cinnamon into a drink that tastes just like German apple strudel.

Need a different kind of pick me up? Try a pumpkin spice latte. You can get one at Starbucks or you can make one at home by combining milk, pumpkin pie mix, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and coffee or espresso for a warming and delicious pumpkin taste.

Want to really taste the fall colors in your beer? There are several brands of pumpkin ale.  Chad's beer reviews says the following about them: “The thing about pumpkin beers is do you want a beer that tastes like pumpkin or do you want a beer that tastes like pumpkin pie?”

If you're a real autumn-loving do-it-yourselfer, you can try brewing your own beer in a pumpkin.
