Every year Americans spend millions on anti-aging creams, expensive facials and the latest designer lotions. Seems like we're always searching for youth in a bottle, but you might be able to find it in your kitchen.
Three tips we found online from do-it-yourself beauty tipsters include:
1) Exfoliate: Try baking soda. According to the online beauty tipster, you put a little in your hand, make a paste and rub it in circles on your face
2) Moisturizer: Another tipster swears by what she calls the Indian Bridal Routine for her dry and acne-prone skin. Combine together honey, graham flour, turmeric and milk. Mix it up and spread it over your face in a nice even coat.
3) Acne-prone skin: Another skincare success story includes putting oil on your already acne prone skin. The tipster swears she applied olive oil to her face every night and within three months her skin was healed. It also worked for her as a makeup remover.
